أثـر ممارسات الإدارة بالاحتواء العالي في تعزيـز الرشاقة التنظيمية: دراسة ميدانية

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثـر ممارسات الإدارة بالاحتواء العالي على الرشاقة التنظيمية، وذلک بالتطبيق على عينة قوامها (384) مفردة من العاملين في الشرکة المصرية للاتصالات. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم قائمة استبيان لجمع البيانات الأولية، بعد الـتأکد من مدى صدقها وثباتها، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: وجود علاقة تأثيـر موجبة ومعنوية بين ممارسات الإدارة بالاحتواء العالي (التمکين، وتشارک المعلومات, والتدريب والتطويـر) والرشاقة التنظيمية, بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة تأثيـر معنوية بين (المکافآت) والرشاقة التنظيمية. واستنادًا إلى هذه النتائج تم اقتـراح مجموعة من التوصيات.
