دوافع استخدام عملاء القطاع العام لشبکة «تويتر» کمصدر للمعلومات في المملکة العربية السعودية

غيرت شبکات التواصل مثل تويتر طريقة عمل منظمات القطاع العام. حيث أثرت على إدراکات وتوقعات المستفيدين من خلال المعلومات المقدمة من قبل الحسابات الرسمية وحسابات الأفراد. وقامت معظم المنظمات بتخصيص جزء بسيط من الموارد المتطلبة لإدارة تواجدها في تويتر. حيث أن سلوک العملاء ودوافعهم للحصول على معلومات من خلال تويتر عن تلک المنظمات ما يزال إلى حد کبير غير مستکشف. وعليه، قدمت هذه الدراسة نموذج يهدف إلى تفسير سلوک الأفراد نحو استخدام تويتر لجمع معلومات عن منظمات القطاع العام في المملکة العربية السعودية. لاختبار صحة النموذج وفرضيات الدراسة تم تحليل 287 استبانة إلکترونية إحصائياً للتأکد من ثبات ومصداقية أداة البحث، بالإضافة إلى أجراء التحليل العاملي وتحليل النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيکلية. وقد فسر النموذج 69% من التباين في «نوايا» الأفراد نحو السلوک المستهدف. حيث أظهرت الأبعاد السلوکية «الاتجاهات» و«المعايير المتعارف عليها» و«الاستعداد للاعتماد على المعلومات» الواردة في الحسابات الرسمية علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية مع «النوايا». کما ارتبطت أبعاد «جودة المعلومات» المقدمة في حسابات الأفراد و«الفائدة والتأثير» و«الموثوقية» في معلومات الحسابات الرسمية بعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بتلک الأبعاد. وبناءً على النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات البحثية والتنفيذية.
