العلاقة بين رأس المال البشري وأداء الأعمال لقطاع الاتصالات: دراسة تطبيقية في دولة الکويت

هدفت الدراسة إلى تفحص مدى تأثير رأس المال البشري في أداء الأعمال لشرکات الاتصالات الکويتية، من خلال معرفة تصورات وآراء المديرين، واحتمالات استخدامهم لمؤشرات رأس المال البشري لرفع مستويات الأداء في شرکات الاتصالات الکويتية. وتُعتبر هذه الدراسة دراسة ارتباطية، فقد اعتمدت منهجية تحليلية، حيث قاست أثر المتغير المستقل وهو "رأس المال البشري" (HC) بعناصره الثلاثة (التعليم والتعلم، الخبرات، والابتکار والقدرة على التخليق) في أداء الأعمال لشرکات الاتصالات في دولة الکويت. وقد جُمعت البيانات عن طريق أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة، من وحدة التحليل والمعاينة وهم المديرون في شرکات الاتصالات، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة المستجيبة 118 مديرًا من أصل 500 مديرًا تقريبًا، واستعملت الدراسة التقنيات الإحصائية المختلفة. وکنتيجة وجدت الدراسة أثرًا قويًا وإيجابيًا لرأس المال البشري في أداء الأعمال لشرکات الاتصالات الکويتية، حيث باستطاعة المديرين إدارة رأس المال البشري في تلک الشرکات من أجل رفع مستوى الأداء على المدى البعيد. وأظهرت الدراسة أن التأثير الأکبر کان للعنصر الثالث لرأس المال البشري وهو الابتکار للموظفين وقدرتهم على التخليق، يليه عنصر خبرات الموظفين، بينما لم يکن لعنصر التعليم والتعلم أي أثر معنوي في أداء أعمال شرکات الاتصالات. وقد أوصت الدراسة بمزيد من الاهتمام برأس المال البشري من أجل إدارته بشکل ناجح وفعال.
