دراسة وتحليل إدارة الابتکار وتأثيرها على الأداء المالي للمصانع: دراسة ميدانية على قطاع المنتجات الکيميائية في المملکة العربية السعودية باستخدام نموذج المعادلة البنائية

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل إدارة الابتکار وتأثيرها على الأداء المالي للمصانع. وقد شارک في هذه الدراسة 278 مصنعًا من قطاع المنتجات الکيميائية السعودي بمختلف أحجامها في المناطق الرئيسة الثلاثة، وهي مکة المکرمة، والرياض، والشرقية. وباستخدام نموذج المعادلة البنائية Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)، ووجد الباحث أن 80% تقريبًا من عينة الدراسة تعتمد على مصانع وشرکات خارج المملکة العربية السعودية في عملية ابتکار السلع، وحوالي 4% فقط تشارک مصانع وشرکات خارجية، بينما وجد أن 11.15% فقط تقوم بعملية ابتکار السلع منفردة. ومن الجانب الآخر، اتضح أن 6.12 % من عينة الدراسة ليس لديها أي نشاط في عملية ابتکار السلع. وأشارت الدراسة إلى أهم العوامل الداخلية والخارجية التي تساهم في عملية الابتکار، ومنها تکثيف عملية البحث والتطوير، وتقنية المنتج على التوالي. وقد توصل الباحث إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين إدارة الابتکار والأداء المالي للمصانع.
