أثـر أبعاد الثقافة الوطنية في محفظة أبعاد أخلاقيات العمل: دراسة مقارنة في ثلاث عينات من العراق والهند وکوريا الجنوبية

شهدت السنوات الأخيـرة إجراء عدة أبحاث تطبيقية لدراسة المعتقدات الأخلاقية عبـر الثقافات المختلفة، ذلک لأن بعض العلماء والباحثيـن يـرون أن مجال الأخلاق يعتمد على الثقافة، وأن أبعاد الثقافة الوطنية يمکن أن تکون متنبئاً بالمعاييـر الأخلاقية المرغوبة في مجتمع معيـن. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى استکشاف أثـر أبعاد الثقافة الوطنية في محفظة أبعاد أخلاقيات العمل من خلال اعتمادها أبعاد الثقافة الوطنية الستة التي قدمها (Hofstede) في دراساته (1980,1991,1994) ومقياسها المطور بنسخته الصادرة عام 2013، ومحفظة أبعاد أخلاقيات العمل المقدمة من (Miller et al., 2002) ومقياسها المطور، حيث شملت عينة البحث المنتخبة عشوائياً (356) مستجيبًا موزعيـن على ثلاث دول بواقع (105) من العراق و(136) من الهند و(115) من کوريا الجنوبية، وجاءت النتائج مؤکدة لأثـر أبعاد الثقافة الوطنية في محفظة أبعاد أخلاقيات العمل، إلا أن مستوى التأثيـر تبايـن بيـن الدول الثلاث، کما ظهر من نتائج المقارنة وجود فروق بيـن الدول في أبعاد الثقافة الوطنية، وفي أبعاد أخلاقيات العمل، بينما لم تظهر اية فروق لدى أفراد العينة على مستوى الدولة الواحدة، سواء في أبعاد الثقافة الوطنية أو في أبعاد أخلاقيات العمل.
