ثقافة ريادة الأعمال كمدخل للنمو المُستدام بمصر

تُعتبـر ريادة الأعمال شرارة لتحقيق الرخاء الاقتصادي، حيثُ تُساعد في زيادة خلق فرص العمل مما يُقلل البطالة، ابتداع أساليب جديدة للإدارة والعمل، إدخال منتجات وخدمات مُبتكرة، ودعم أنشطة الابتكار الذي أصبح مفتاح النظريات الحديثة للتنمية والنمو، وأحد أهم مفاتيح القدرة التنافسية ونجاح الأعمال، حيثُ أصبحت المنافسة في الاقتصاد العالمي قائمة على المعرفة والابتكار، كل ما سبق يجعل من ريادة الأعمال محرك للنمو الاقتصادي، وعلى ذلك تقوم وحدة الابتكار وريادة الأعمال التابعة لقطاع الممارسات العالمية للتجارة والمنافسة ببناء قدرات الشركات الواعدة في القطاعات مرتفعة النمو كالأنشطة الزراعية، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والتكنولوجيا النظيفة. كما تم إنشاء شبكة عالمية لمراكز احتضان أنشطة الأعمال في شتى المجالات لدعم الناشئيـن من رواد الأعمال في كل خطوة من رحلتهم من خلال تمويل المراحل الأولى، وتوفيـر التدريب الفني ومعلومات السوق، وقد أكدت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة تكامل مشتـرك بيـن مؤشر ريادة الأعمال (GEI) والتنمية المستدامة بأبعادها المختلفة البُعد التنموي والبُعد الاجتماعي حيث أسفر ت نتائج الدراسة عن ارتفاع معامل الارتباط R2  99.5%، 99.3% على التـرتيب عند مستوى معنوية 1%، أمّا البُعد البيئي فهو يحتاج إلى مزيد من اهتمام رواد الأعمال بتفعيل المشروعات والأنشطة في اتجاه تحسيـن البيئة الاقتصادية وتقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية جاءت R2  27.3% وذلك باستخدام تحليل (ARDL) Auto -Regressive Distributed Lag Model.

Therefore, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of the Global Practices Sector for Trade and Competition builds the capabilities of promising companies in High-growth sectors such as agricultural activities, information and communications technology, and clean technology. A global network of business incubation centers has been established in various fields to support young entrepreneurs at every step of their journey by financing the initial stages, providing technical training and market information, and the study confirmed a joint integration relationship between the Entrepreneurship Index (GEI) and development The sustainable dimension with its various dimensions, the developmental dimension and the social dimension, where the study results resulted in a high correlation coefficient R2 99.5%, 99.3%, respectively, at the level of significance of 1%.
