The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of artificial intelligence on e-commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period (January 2019 - December 2021), in order to investigate the relationships, the model of multiple linear regression analysis was characterized, to express the relationship between e-commerce as a dependent variable -expressed by sales of e-commerce using a mada card-, and between the independent variables associated with artificial intelligence, represented by the number of ATMs, the number of operations carried out by a card Mada, the number of remittance centers, and sales of points of sale using mobile. By identifying the variables and hypotheses to be tested, descriptive tests were performed, and the general direction of the variables was identified, by the E-views statistical program. As expected, the results showed a direct correlation between the dependent variable and both number of ATMs and mobile POS sales, while the results showed -contrary to what was expected- an inverse relationship between the dependent variable and both number of transactions carried out by the mada card and the number of remittance centers. The study recommends the need to focus on providing POS machines and encourage individuals to use them, and work to increase the number of ATMs in all regions, due to the positive relationship achieved by POS and ATMs on e-commerce sales.
