The Impact of Customer Empowerment in Enhancing the Marketing Leadership of Telecommunications Companies in Egypt

Abstract

The research problem is that customer empowerment directly affects customer satisfaction, as customer empowerment makes the company and its products more preferable as a result of the satisfaction and satisfaction achieved for them. This increases the company’s competitive advantage and reduces the risks associated with the market. The problem of the study is crystallized in the following main question: What is the impact of customer empowerment in enhancing the marketing leadership of telecommunications companies in Egypt?
The study aimed to theoretically frame the concepts of customer empowerment and marketing leadership. And studying the relationship and impact of customer empowerment dimensions on enhancing the marketing leadership of telecommunications companies in Egypt. And studying the impact of customers’ freedom of choice in enhancing marketing leadership in telecommunications companies. And knowing the nature of the relationship between customers’ ability to influence and enhance the marketing leadership of telecommunications companies in Egypt. And to identify the extent of the impact of customers’ perceived meaning in enhancing the marketing leadership of telecommunications companies in Egypt. And studying the impact of customer confidence in enhancing the marketing leadership of telecommunications companies in Egypt.
The descriptive analytical approach was used by identifying and consolidating the basic theoretical concepts related to the subject of the study, and conducting a field study on a sample of 384 individuals from Employees in the companies under study to analyze the opinions and trends of the study sample and test its hypotheses. Some results and recommendations were reached, including:
- There is a statistically significant effect of customer empowerment in enhancing the marketing leadership of telecommunications companies in Egypt.
- Directing the prevailing organizational culture in companies to be a culture that supports the application of customer empowerment dimensions and considering it as one of the basic strategies for companies to support marketing leadership and market leadership.
